How to Order a Custom Award

STEP 1 CREATE & QUOTE

Before our studio creates design visuals for you, we need some information about your Event.

  • Event name.
  • Quantity of awards needed.
  • Delivery and Event dates.
  • Type of award/s needed.
  • Your budget.
  • Event venue (local or overseas).
  • Logo and artwork to be used (please indicate the format).
  • Level of personalization.
  • Whether presentation boxes are needed.

We will then prepare stunning designs and options for you to consider, at NO CHARGE, along with your quote!

STEP 2 PRODUCTION

Having decided on a specific award, your order will be processed and confirmed.

Depending on if your order consists of off-the-shelf trophies, a short lead-time will be possible. For custom orders, 3 - 6 weeks may be needed, depending on the design and materials.

STEP 3 CUSTOMIZATION

The final step is to customize your awards and trophies with sponsorship details and relevant logos. We Laser Engrave, UV Print or Sublimate, at our facility in Trinidad.

Please forward to us your final winner(s) information via email, formatted as you would like it to be printed on the award. You will receive artwork to be approved in writing, by yourselves. Please note that nothing is engraved until written approval is received from you.
